Starting to Shave Bumper Gift Box

We're passionate about sustainable and long-lasting gifts, so in every single box we create, you can expect:

• Mixed recyclable materials, where we have reduced plastic use as much as possible.
• Materials include sustainably sourced woods, cardboards and alloy metals for a premium shave.
• Our packing peanuts (where used) are made from waste cornstarch material from other industries - how cool is that!?
• Packaging is 100% recyclable paper and card. We use as little plastic as possible, and where we do it can be easily recycled.
• Razor blades fully recyclable with your local council service (please check with them).
• Plastic bottles are full recyclable in household recycling collections.
• Woods, fabrics or special materials: please see the insert card or label in the box for full care instructions.

We always create and ship things as quickly as possible, because we know you're sitting on the edge of your seat for your receiver to get a great gift ASAP!

• We usually create and ship all orders from scratch within 48 working hours. Please expect slight delays at peak times of the year, but we can hand on heart assure you, that we do all humanly possible to make and ship your item on time.
• Premium shipping is available, please see what is currently available at checkout.
• It's very, very unlikely but...Please note that Royal Mail insist on 10 working days before an item is deemed "lost" - because of this, we cannot chase or re-send an item with them until 10 working days have passed. They successfully deliver 99.99% of parcels (which is why we use them), so please be patient with them if your item isnt coming as quickly as we would all like. It's very rare for an item to get lost with them.
• Kindly note, we do not accept returns due to the personalised and personal care nature of most of our items. Once they have left our workshop sadly we can't re-use or re-sell them for hygiene or safety reasons (nor would the pennies stack up for processing a return - plus who wants someone else’s sneaky seconds!?).
• In the super-doper, very unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please let us know so we can check the issue with Royal Mail and arrange for a replacement. We want to make sure you get what you paid for. If this is the case, please email us with photos, damage details, order number and order name and we will very eagerly look into that for you. Please be patient as we enquire with Royal Mail about your item, we will speed things along as best we can on our part, but have no control over external factors. Thank you for understanding.
